How to Make a Claim

If you were unsatisfied with your Detoxify brand product, please send an email to info@detoxify.com explaining what product(s) you used and why you were not satisfied. Please include a verifiable copy of your receipt of purchase in this email and someone from our Customer Loyalty Division will work with you to get a replacement cleansing program sent to you at no additional charge. Once the product has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number to ensure the product is delivered in a timely manner.
